Hi Ken, The ring arrived today. Looks much better than it did on the website by the way. My wife is absolutely delighted with it and the fit is perfect. I can't believe you got it to us so quickly. I've had birthday cards to neighbours take longer to get there. I just want to say that the standard of service from you and your team was excellent through all the hickups last week with the ordering. It is the reason that I was happy to wait till the issues were resolved and also the reason that I will shop with you again and recommend you to friends.
