That's great news and the shipment date will work just fine. Actually, the credit card company was protecting itself -- there is a federal statute that limits the liability of the cardholder to a maximum of $50 for fraudulent use. But, I can understand their concerns, although if they'd only looked back over recent years, they would have recognized several purchases from your business. In any case, I'm delighted that the shipment will be here before Marcie's 40th birthday on Feb 4. Thanks for all your kind help and I hope you have a fine, prosperous 2005 yourself!

First of all let me tell you how you have made my day. I am so in
love with these rings and it means so much to me that you will be
able to get the ring to me prior to the wedding!
What is even more touching than that to me is that you are only at
present charging me for the difference and freight. Due to a "thrown
out back" I was out of work for 2 weeks and money is tight. The trust
you are putting forth in not charging me for a whole new ring is both
above and beyond and is a reminder that there are still decent and
amazing people out there. I have told everyone in the office I work
in about your professionalism and my family as well.
I will package up the 8.5 women's with original box/pamphlets etc.
and when the other ring arrives on the 4th I will have our shipping
guys overnight it back to you so you can have it back in the same
week.
It's funny, sometimes you don't think that something like a ring

I received my jewelries only today! I have been tracking them ever since they left Ireland. It took them only two days to come to Japan (only that the stupid Japanese custom stopped them for two days in Osaka, a two hours drive to my address!. I was watching it without being able to do nothing and I was about to call Fedex Japan to do something about it!)
You can't imagine how I was thrilled when I opened one of the little present boxes. The first ring that I saw was the birthstone claddagh with an aquamarine gem stone. I was stunned. It was such a pretty ring that I have ever seen! I was amazed with all of them. I had a little bit tough day at work yesterday (even though it was Saturday...) so it was such a comfort to have them with me finally today.
My sole connection to Ireland is my dear cousin. He is half Irish and half Japanese. (He speaks no Celtic, neither Japanese though, for he is an American, having lived in the US for his entire life). Although I do not have a direct Irish heritage, I respect yours enormously and admire it.
I have decided now what to choose as a Christmas present for my sisters. (We are three girls actually) I will place a new order tomorrow immediately.
I just wanted to write to you "a thank you letter" as soon as possible, though I know that it is Sunday and you won't see it for a while.
I will take part in the toll-free testimonial service and there I will tell how I thought about your service, the quality of the goods and so on.
